📋 Description

• Support customers with Amada Press Brakes and other fabricating machines • Install and service equipment at customer sites • Provide operational, applications, software, part programming, networking, and automation training • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, optical, electrical, control-system, and network issues • Complete daily service reports and weekly expense reports • Manage the total equipment installation process at customer sites • Use Amada applications software for line control and part programming • Travel regularly within assigned territories • Report to the Regional Service Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control systems, and networks • Able to precisely follow layout drawings and blueprints • Ability to communicate in English • Excellent customer relations and follow-through • Operation, applications, software, and part-programming capabilities • Ability to use Amada applications software for line control and part programming • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs daily • Ability to analyze and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, optical, and electrical systems • Ability to use hand tools, a Volt/Ohm meter, and an oscilloscope • Working knowledge of computers and Windows OS • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings • Regular travel within assigned territories with occasional overnight stays • A 4-year degree in Electronics or a minimum of a 2-year degree with related work experience is preferred
