📋 Description

• Lead a multifunctional team through development of new products from concept through manufacturing implementation and commercial launch • Execute the project plan and drive decisions to deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope • Oversee product and tooling design, including ideation sessions, competitive analysis, design requirements, DFMEA, and design reviews • Coordinate the Technical Development Plan, including cost inputs, capital equipment costs, and technology evaluations • Lead technical communication with internal and external stakeholders • Report deviations in project timing, cost, and deliverables to senior management • Ensure adherence to Berry, industry, and regulatory procedures, Management of Change, Stage Gate, and ISO processes • Collaborate with Quality personnel to establish critical-to-quality metrics and validate process capability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience • Relevant experience in product development and manufacturing of bottles • Experience with multiple processes such as EBM, SBM, & RHB • Ability to travel as needed • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of statistical methods and programs (SPC/DOE/MiniTab) • Self-motivated and assertive individual • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, be a proactive thinker, and be results-oriented • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required for data-driven decisions • Project Management experience a plus
