📋 Description

• Develop and deliver business intelligence solutions, including Power BI dashboards tailored for NASA customers • Develop mechanisms allowing users to override data or add variables to existing datasets • Create interactive Power BI report components that enable users to input and manipulate data • Advocate for tool automation to streamline processes and minimize manual intervention • Collaborate with stakeholders using Visual Analytics Tools, SQL, Smartsheet, Advanced Excel, SharePoint, and Visio to automate business processes and improve efficiency • Ensure data quality and reporting data integrity • Coordinate with database stakeholders to ensure efficiencies • Work with multiple databases across multiple systems for data identification and reporting • Perform other similar or related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a related area • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field or a related area • Experience in financial modeling and translating business requirements into analytical models for budgeting, planning, and strategic decision-making • Strong organization and written and verbal communication skills • Problem-solving ability leading to recommended solutions • Team-oriented approach • At least 3 years of experience with Power BI and Paginated Reports • At least 3 years of advanced MS Excel experience, including VBA, Power Query, and Named Tables • Samples of previously created PBIX files required • Moderate to advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M language) • Ability to build complex measures, optimize data models, and design efficient ETL processes within Power BI • At least 1 year of experience with MS SQL and optimized queries across large volumes of data • At least 1 year of MS SSRS report development and maintenance experience • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency may be required • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation • Regular attendance in accordance with the established work schedule • Ability to work outside the normal schedule and adjust schedule for peak periods and surge requirements
