📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations • Analyze data across systems to identify trends, risks, and performance insights • Collaborate with development, DevSecOps, QA, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability • Integrate data from multiple sources, including systems, pipelines, and tools such as Jira, for end-to-end visibility • Support development of KPIs and performance metrics related to delivery, system health, and operational outcomes • Structure and present data to support self-service reporting and stakeholder access • Validate and reconcile data for accuracy, completeness, and reliability • Support data governance practices, including data definitions, lineage, and documentation • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data workflows • Work across multiple Scrum teams and a Kanban-based Operations & Maintenance workstream

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen • Must be able to obtain a Tier-3 Secret Clearance • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5–7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting within a technical or enterprise environment • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Experience working with structured data sources such as SQL and relational databases • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience working in an Agile environment • Preferred: experience working with Agile development teams of 20+ FTEs and familiarity with Agile methodologies • Preferred: experience supporting federal IT systems • Preferred: familiarity with DevSecOps environments and CI/CD pipelines • Preferred: experience integrating data from Jira or similar platforms • Preferred: knowledge of Oracle or enterprise data platforms • Preferred: understanding of data governance and data quality practices
