📋 Description

• Lead business analysis activities to gather requirements • Translate requirements into specifications used to implement required solutions • Develop multi-source data and reporting solutions • Define and execute test scenarios and test cases • Support complex production issues and change requests • Perform root cause analysis and implement proposed resolutions • Provide infrastructure and environment administrative support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Information Technology Certifications (e.g. MCSA, MCSE, OCP) and 3 years’ experience in the required areas, OR 6 years’ experience in the required areas • Experience with multiple reporting tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, and Cognos • SQL experience • Knowledge of relational and dimensional models • Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills • Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries • Experience leading requirements analysis and design sessions • Experience developing business / semantic layers • Understanding of data integration issues, including validation and cleaning • Familiarity with complex data and structures • Experience working in a requirements analysis role • Verbal and written interpersonal communication skills to support project environments involving internal, external, and customer teams • Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts, including relational and dimensional modeling • Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Access and Excel • Sponsorship is not available • Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology • Preferred experience leading or mentoring a team • Preferred experience as system administrator for a reporting environment
