• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in corporate training, SaaS, or professional services • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed quota in a full-cycle sales role • Skilled at engaging and influencing executive-level decision-makers and multiple buying constituencies • Strong pipeline discipline: you forecast accurately, move deals forward, and keep your CRM airtight • Excellent communication skills — you're as comfortable presenting to a VP as you are writing a follow-up email • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office; experience with virtual selling platforms a plus
