📋 Description

• Provide 24x7/365 remote support services and on-premises response as needed • Utilize IBM’s SMP/E software products installation and maintenance utility process • Utilize IBM’s Job Control Language (JCL) and utility programs (i.e. IEBGENER) to maintain z/OS software products • Independently diagnose and resolve trouble calls in technical areas • Develop and implement technical documentation and technical specifications • Participate in Agile project management and a DevSecOps culture as required

🎯 Requirements

• Proven System programmer experience managing, maintaining, and configuring Virtual Telecommunications Access Method (VTAM) • Demonstrated System programmer experience managing, maintaining, and configuring TCP/IP • Experience working with z/OS Systems (z/OS 2.4) • Experience with SSH, TLS, SFTP, FTP network communication protocols • Bachelor’s degree in information systems (preferred) or related field • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
