📋 Description
• Responsible for Novice and Experienced Advisor recruiting and development • Partnering with Franchise Field Vice President and franchise advisors • Provide business planning and follow-up support • Lead recruiting/career path effort for Franchisee Staff and External Practice Acquisition hires • Develop and manage sourcing strategy for lead flow • Conduct interviews and guide all steps of the process • Lead annual Advisor Business Planning process • Responsible for advisor engagement in programs • Lead the onboarding process for all new advisor hires
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 5+ years of relevant experience • Experience with recruiting • Experience in financial services industry • Series 7 • Series 66 • Ability to work independently • Ability to create and implement change • Strategic focus • Extensive Project Management experience
