📋 Description

• Generate new business for the company through direct sales activities • Engage weekly with Mortgage Brokers, Independent Mortgage Bankers, Banks and Credit Unions • Develop leads from referral sources and cultivate new accounts • Provide training on State and Federal regulations, products, credit policy, lock policy, technology interfaces, loan uploads, investor delivery and pipeline fallout management • Develop market analysis to identify market size and commonly offered loan products • Identify prospects by geographic location, product usage and volume potential • Categorize prospects into Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3 based on origination potential • Establish and execute a weekly client call program • Conduct targeted client calls and communicate the bank’s value proposition and product information • Ensure Third Party Originators complete loan applications in compliance with company policies and regulations • Train Third Party Originators to collect required borrower information • Work with Customer Service Representatives to support additional information and processing needs • Practice ethical sales behaviors and act in the customer’s best interest • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage industry related experience required • High school diploma or GED required • Knowledgeable in all aspects of mortgage transactions, particularly preliminary and final disclosures, application, submission, appraiser selection, approval, closing and investor delivery processes • Ability to perform a Market Analysis and cultivate clients • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word • Ability to present material in a professional manner • Ability to multi-task • Strong organizational and time management skills • Detail oriented • Compliance with company policies and procedures and State and Federal regulations • Bachelor’s degree preferred
