📋 Description

• Answer inbound customer telephone calls from Treasury customers and tickets from Branch Bankers for new and existing customers • Handle account inquiries, troubleshooting, account maintenance, system functionality, and product knowledge questions • Specialize in deposit accounts, ACH Origination, Online Wires, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, and business services • Demonstrate the Ameris Approach Experience Expectations: Attention, Understanding, and Personal • Field calls quickly and efficiently • Deliver world-class service to every caller • Meet financial needs and fulfill service requests • Ensure professional verbal and written communications • Use proper telephone etiquette and techniques • Handle account service and maintenance requests accurately • Offer appropriate bank products and services • Manage incoming call volume from treasury customers, bank partners, and branch personnel • Perform administrative tasks for the Treasury Servicing Team • Process business account additions/changes, admin changes, temporary increases, escalations, and related documents • Perform secondary reviews on new Treasury Implementations and maintenance on existing setups • Provide system enhancement ideas and forward customer suggestions to management • Make referrals to appropriate bank areas according to established guidelines • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Aware of BSA requirements and strictly adheres to them in daily business activities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Good organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent work ethic • Proven ability to problem solve and handle a wide range of decision making • Demonstrable commitment to quality customer service • Ability to manage multiple demands, prioritize appropriately and complete or respond on a timely basis • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • 2 or more years of customer service or call center experience required • 1 or more years of experience in financial services or treasury services preferred • High school diploma or GED required • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and related training or experience required
