📋 Description

• Conduct on-site and in-person investigations • Determine compensability • Establish reserves • Document decision making • Issue benefit payments • Make notifications to the State administrative authority • Work with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and legal professionals • Ensure appropriate benefits are provided under applicable Workers’ Compensation Laws • Travel frequently within a designated territory; overnight travel is rarely required

🎯 Requirements

• Workers Compensation Claims experience highly preferred • Bachelor's degree or related professional business experience acceptable • State license to handle Workers' Compensation claims if required • Professional written and verbal communication skills required • World class customer service attitude required • Ability to learn and use proprietary software and Microsoft Office products • Ability to be self-directed • Valid driver's license • Acceptable driving record • Acceptable vehicle • Frequent travel within a designated territory required • Pre-employment screening required, including a criminal background check and 10-panel drug test
