📋 Description

• Lead global ERP run operations for SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms • Ensure high availability, performance, stability, security and compliance of ERP systems • Drive monitoring, incident, problem and change management • Establish AI-enabled ERP operations and AIOps capabilities • Define and manage operational KPIs and SLAs • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, GxP, SOX and GDPR requirements • Strengthen access management, segregation of duties and security patching • Identify automation, standardization and modernization opportunities • Use operational metrics to improve resilience, user experience and cost efficiency • Lead and develop a global team of internal and partner resources • Partner with Solution Leads, Delivery teams and Infrastructure teams on system lifecycle management

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree and 4 years of experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience, OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience, OR high school diploma/GED and 12 years of experience • Roughly 10 years of experience in enterprises and/or consultancy firms • Proven success leading ERP implementation and/or operations in large, global organizations • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and RISE with SAP/non-SAP environments • Strong experience managing complex system integrations and enterprise-scale SAP landscapes • Experience leading service delivery and vendor management through KPIs, SLAs and continuous improvement • Experience implementing automation and operational optimization initiatives within ERP platforms • Solid understanding of AWS and enterprise service management tools such as ServiceNow • Knowledge of ITIL practices and ERP security/compliance frameworks in regulated environments • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
