📋 Description

• Provide project management support for Lifecycle Value Lab commercial innovation experiments, supporting portfolios and individual experiment teams • Analyze experiment results and marketing performance to identify insights, share learnings, and recommend optimization or scaling opportunities • Assess external commercial vendors regarding new capabilities or technologies • Optimize current channels, processes, and brand management opportunities • Refine the overall experiment project management process • Develop and execute Kyprolis marketing tactics across websites, email, search, media, digital programs, and other omnichannel channels • Lead the SFMC editorial calendar, including creative asset development, MAC approval, market launch, and results measurement • Own the Kyprolis team budget and ensure timely, accurate marketing budget execution • Serve as the Kyprolis Brand Team point of contact for congresses and conferences • Lead Aimovig omnichannel orchestration and measurement, including patient support channel execution • Partner with cross-functional team members and lead agency and vendor partners • Apply proficiency in Amgen MAC approval processes

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing and/or business experience aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization, OR Master’s degree and 4 years, OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years, OR Associate’s degree and 10 years, OR high school diploma/GED and 12 years • 5+ years of marketing experience preferred, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare • Experience with HCP, patient, consumer, or field-facing marketing tactics, including websites, email, media, sales materials, peer-to-peer programs, and digital engagement • Experience developing KPI dashboards, measurement plans, or performance readouts • Experience leading projects through material review processes • Strong project management skills managing multiple workstreams, timelines, agencies, vendors, and budgets • Experience partnering with and managing external agencies, media partners, and vendors • Ability to operate in a highly matrixed, fast-changing, and ambiguous environment • Ability to motivate, influence, and align cross-functional partners without direct authority • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including presenting marketing strategies, tactical plans, or performance results to leadership and large groups • Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and commitment to excellence in strategy and execution • Experience with experimentation, test-and-learn approaches, agile ways of working, lifecycle management, or innovation frameworks • Passion for serving patients and advancing Amgen’s mission
