📋 Description

• Lead the design, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of the U.S. Sales New Hire Onboarding Program for Obesity & Related Conditions • Lead and coordinate frequent, rolling new-hire training and onboarding classes • Manage onboarding operations, learner enrollment, curricula, calendars, communications, attendance, completion tracking, certification documentation, learner support, and audit readiness • Measure learner engagement, knowledge retention, user experience, and time to field readiness • Hire, lead, coach, and develop a team of training managers • Establish national training standards and operating rhythms for training managers • Allocate resources across onboarding, sales capabilities, field training observations, sales meetings, and brand priorities • Partner with sales leaders to identify capability gaps and create targeted learning, reinforcement, and coaching solutions • Facilitate learning and development workshops at national and regional meetings • Lead the design, development, launch, and maintenance of the Obesity & Related Conditions Training SharePoint site • Establish and maintain information architecture and governance, including content ownership, metadata, tagging, searchability, permissions, version control, review cadence, analytics, and usability improvements • Lead complex learning initiatives and agency/vendor partnerships, managing scope, budgets, timelines, dependencies, risks, communications, quality, statements of work, and partner performance • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical, Patient Access, Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, Operations, Global and U.S. Learning partners, and subject-matter experts • Translate brand and organizational priorities into accurate, compliant, and engaging live, virtual, and blended learning solutions • Support sales leadership, including regional sales directors and district managers • Report to the Director, Training & Development, Obesity & Related Conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of field sales, commercial training, learning and development, sales management, or related experience in a large-scale organization; or Master's degree and 4 years of such experience; or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of such experience • 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial training, sales enablement, or field sales experience • Demonstrated success designing and deploying large-scale new hire onboarding and field-readiness programs • 3+ years of people leadership experience • Experience supporting commercial learning in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries, including product launches, launch readiness, lifecycle initiatives, and field capability development • Expertise in adult learning, instructional design, workshop development and facilitation, blended learning, certification, reinforcement, and manager-led coaching • Strong project and vendor management experience, including agencies, budgets, timelines, risks, and multiple priorities • Strong digital, LMS, and learning technology capabilities, including SharePoint or similar knowledge-management platforms, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled approaches • Ability and willingness to lead live onboarding classes, develop and facilitate trainings for national and regional sales meetings, conduct field observations, and support business-critical training events • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables within tight timelines and ambiguous, evolving environments • Willingness to travel 20% • Location: U.S.-based Remote • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
