📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain for a product portfolio, focusing on reliable patient supply, long-term value, and cross-functional alignment • Anticipate risks and opportunities, turn insights into clear plans, and enable timely decisions protecting continuity of supply • Shape supply chain and lifecycle choices to strengthen resilience and improve financial performance • Provide thought leadership in end-to-end product supply strategies • Orchestrate long-range and monthly planning cycles • Drive business-critical lifecycle management decisions and product strategy implementation • Lead cross-functional Supply Chain Teams to develop mitigation plans • Represent Global, Regional, and Site Supply Chain in cross-functional product teams • Advise on manufacturing site selection, network evaluations, and business cases • Lead and support strategic Global Supply Chain initiatives, including acquisitions, integrations, and transformations • Ensure global demand and supply plans align with the agreed product supply strategy • Monitor product supply and inventory performance against targets and guardrails • Set and maintain inventory targets and guardrails with manufacturing sites, network planning, and Finance • Maintain end-to-end understanding of lead times, critical raw materials, capacity, and planning assumptions • Share and develop best practices across the Global Supply Chain network

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Supply Chain, Operations or directly related experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of Supply Chain, Operations directly or related experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Supply Chain, Operations directly or related experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of Supply Chain, Operations or directly related experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Supply Chain, Operations or directly related experience • Knowledge and experience in applying advanced planning techniques as it relates to demand, supply, inventory planning, financials, and Mfg. network planning • Excellent communication capabilities and confidence dealing with all levels of management • Strong digital mindset, with ability to leverage digital tools, data, and automation • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes across a matrix organization • 7 plus years of experience in global pharmaceutical, biotech or any other industry • Solid understanding of demand/supply planning, Supply Chain principles and logistics • Ability to perform system-based advanced supply planning and scenario analysis • Strong business analytical skills and company-wide knowledge • Process-oriented mentality with leadership experience to identify gaps and seek solutions • Perseverance and independent problem-solving skills • Knowledge and understanding of COGM, COGS and NPV analyses • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
