📋 Description

• Execute and complete onboarding tasks promptly while adhering to company processes and confidentiality • Schedule onboarding activities and welcome emails • Set up employees in the HRIS system • Arrange equipment and workspace setup • Manage employment forms, benefits enrollment, and I-9 verification • Support pre-employment and recheck employment screenings • Manage background and drug check reports • Ensure documentation complies with jurisdictional requirements • Process employment verification, payroll/tax forms, and benefits enrollment • Create and maintain onboarding materials and resources • Track and report onboarding program effectiveness and recommend enhancements • Support employee relations during new-hire training • Maintain relationships with HR, Operations, IT, and managers to resolve onboarding challenges • Ensure onboarding processes comply with legal requirements and company policies • Assist in other human resources areas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field • 1+ years of experience in human resources or training or learning & development • Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies and procedures, and employment laws • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to adapt to diverse needs and backgrounds of new hires • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with remote and in office team members • Ability to lead projects, develop timelines, coordinate project teams and implement action items • Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in using HRIS system, preferably Workday • Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • Reside in the US, in market • Availability during standard business hours, 8am to 5pm EST • Must not require employment immigration sponsorship or support, including CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, F-1, H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, or I-485 support
