📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the Strategic Region • Own the customer experience from launch through ongoing partnership • Manage account relationships and lead onboarding and implementation efforts • Provide ongoing support to help customers achieve student achievement goals • Act as a trusted advisor, strategic thought partner, and coach to district and school leaders • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts • Drive retention, identify expansion and upsell opportunities, and support renewals • Develop and execute success plans aligned with customer goals • Build long-term partnerships and set multi-year goals • Execute project plans for standard and complex district implementations • Define project priorities and ensure launch readiness • Identify risks and launch blockers and implement solutions or workarounds • Maintain project status and communicate with internal and external partners • Coordinate Professional Learning plans and involve product specialists • Analyze usage and student performance data • Lead conversations to set implementation goals and align on progress • Recommend targeted supports and action steps • Monitor customer engagement health and drive corrective action plans • Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues and inform customer lifecycle processes • Maintain expertise across Amplify’s Literacy and/or STEM product suite • Prioritize account issues, remove barriers, advance implementation goals, and provide resolution updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience • 4+ years working in K–12 education • Understanding of teaching and learning, curriculum implementation, and district and school leader priorities • Ability to serve as a strategic thought partner to educators and district leaders • Ability to translate complex implementation or achievement information into practical decisions and actions • Ability to interpret customer data, identify meaningful patterns, and communicate evidence-based recommendations • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to create district reports and meeting minutes • Strong organizational and project management skills • Proven track record handling customer escalations and fostering positive resolutions • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all executive levels • Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive results independently • Resourcefulness and independent problem-solving ability • Comfort operating under ambiguity • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including non-standard business hours, to support international accounts • Preferred: experience in education, school/district leadership, or educational publishing/technology • Preferred: background in Elementary Literacy and/or STEM; experience teaching or using Amplify products • Preferred: experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Google Suite • Preferred: experience in Account Management or Customer Success • Preferred: experience leading or facilitating professional learning, instructional coaching, school walkthroughs, and implementation-focused data conversations • Background check required if selected • Legally authorized to work in the United States
