• Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted partner for the healthcare system and its hospital and pharmacy stakeholders. • Represent Cardinal Health across a large, complex customer organization. • Deliver a consistently responsive, accurate, and solutions-oriented customer experience. • Acknowledge customer requests, understand priorities, provide accurate information, and keep issues moving without repeated follow-up. • Coordinate Cardinal Health resources, communicate clear ownership and timelines, and deliver solutions and strategic insights. • Build trust through genuine support, empathy, reliability, and understanding of customer priorities. • Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders through resolution. • Manage a high volume of requests, recurring deliverables, meetings, reports, and time-sensitive priorities. • Drive complex issues to resolution across multiple teams, including escalation and rapid turnaround. • Use Excel VLOOKUPs, formulas, functions, and data tools to organize, validate, reconcile, and analyze information. • Identify trends and risks and translate financial, operational, utilization, inventory, compliance, and service data into insights and recommended actions. • Lead customer meetings and business reviews, explain complex information, and move discussions toward decisions and next steps. • Build cross-functional relationships and identify accountable partners. • Anticipate deadlines, risks, customer questions, and upcoming needs. • Follow established processes, meet commitments, deliver accurate work on time, and prevent recurring issues. • Manage challenging conversations, adapt to feedback, and maintain constructive customer partnerships. • Lead through customer resistance to new ideas or changes and identify practical ways to add value. • Balance competing priorities, ambiguity, escalations, and urgent customer situations professionally.
• Prior experience in a direct customer facing role. • Prior experience executing in-person or live video presentations to external Cardinal Health customers and articulating metrics. • Strong Analytical and Reporting capabilities. • Excel VLOOKUP proficiency is required. • Demonstrate ability to problem solve and develop key relationships with external and internal customers. • Willingness to travel once per quarter to client sites; mostly within the Pacific time zone. • Team player, focused on continuous improvement and development. • Ability to identify needs, act and manage projects. • Strong communication skills. • Attention to detail. • Must work traditional Pacific Time Zone hours. • Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
