📋 Description

• Support large enterprise Consumer Product Goods customers as part of the presales team • Manage all aspects of the technical sales process while working directly with customers and cross-functional teams • Partner with account executives on technical strategy and sales processes for territory accounts • Serve as the technical solution expert across AI, data modeling, and planning applications • Lead discovery sessions to uncover critical business needs • Design and deliver tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations • Execute proof-of-concept workshops • Provide customer insights to product management teams • Coordinate specialist and product teams to position multi-product solutions and advance complex opportunities to close • Develop multi-year technology visions and roadmaps with customers in cooperation with Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a presales, solution consulting, business transformation role (SaaS/enterprise software preferred) • Ability to collaborate with account executives and own the technical sales process, including account strategy, discovery, demos, solution roadmaps and other technical validation steps • Strong grasp of value-based selling and storytelling • Problem-solving skills at the intersection of technology and business • Public speaking experience and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively • Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, GenAI, Agentic frameworks, machine learning, and data integration • Hands-on experience with enterprise planning processes and solutions preferred • Deep expertise in core consumer product good processes, including trade promotion management, revenue growth management, demand and supply planning • Familiarity with EPM, TPM, CPM, BI, or ERP systems is a strong asset • Prior experience in CPG, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Retail is a plus
