📋 Description

• Execute business unit objectives with mid-tier accounts to drive sales growth and dealer adoption • Support and collaborate with sales partners nationally or regionally to achieve company goals • Execute sales through remote digital selling and minimal travel • Develop and maintain relationships with field sales representatives through temporary territory coverage during transitions • Promote Andersen's products and brands through training awareness initiatives, document collateral, video, and web conferencing • Engage with dealer personnel and internal sales partners during new product and software launches • Operate CRM systems to capture authentic contact information and call activity • Develop sales opportunities by managing dealers' open quote files and working toward converting or closing sales • Partner with the sales organization, dealers, and marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• Post secondary degree preferred or related experience in customer experience support of fenestration and/ or consumer products • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Strong verbal and written communication skills required • Strong presentation and collaboration skills to train and transfer knowledge • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with remote customers
