• Conduct sales calls to healthcare professionals to promote medical products • Build, cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders at hospitals, OBLs, and ASCs • Provide product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop sales strategies • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to leadership • Stay informed about industry regulations, product innovations, and the competitive landscape • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals • Attend medical conferences and events to network with potential clients • Execute strategic territory planning and identify high-potential accounts • Displace competitive products and support account penetration • Educate physicians and provide case support in Cath labs and OR settings • Train physicians and staff on device use and procedural integration • Troubleshoot during live cases • Travel extensively within the territory and occasionally nationally for key meetings
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field • 7–10 years of proven medical device sales experience, preferably in peripheral or coronary interventions or endovascular markets • In-depth knowledge of vascular anatomy, PAD, CTO, and procedural workflows • Established or developable relationships with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and interventional radiologists • Experience navigating Value Analysis Committees and supply chains • Ability to manage OBL, ASC, and hospital accounts • Demonstrated business acumen and consistent quota overachievement in capital and/or disposable device sales • Strategic territory planning and competitive displacement skills • Physician education and case support experience in Cath lab/OR settings • Knowledge of competitive economic selling, ROI modeling, and reimbursement • Ability to create multi-touch account penetration strategies • Ability to discuss device mechanism of action and clinical data at a peer-to-peer level • Ability to train physicians and staff on device use and procedural integration • Strong troubleshooting aptitude during live cases • Understanding of wires, atherectomy, IVL, CTO crossing devices, balloons, and stents • Self-starter with a hunter mentality focused on starting new accounts • Resilience through long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers • High-energy, credible presence in the lab and confidence with KOL interactions and clinical discussions • Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the territory and occasionally nationally • Team player who is coachable and seeks continuing development • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative • Experience with MS Office Suite and project management tools • Must currently reside in Massachusetts, preferably Boston
