📋 Description

• Provide installation supervision, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair work for low voltage distribution gear, transformers, and related power distribution equipment • Prepare technical reports and test sheets • Monitor spare parts, tools/equipment, and consumables • Maintain and follow company and site-specific safety regulations • Attend appropriate site meetings • Interface with Project Management and Site personnel • Provide customer service, address client needs, and escalate issues for resolution • Communicate regularly with Project Managers, receiving and relaying information • Proactively eliminate waste and add value to processes • Adhere to health and safety regulations, safe work practices, company policies, and rules • Travel 50% plus and respond to emergency calls within 2 hours

🎯 Requirements

• Education to the Associates level in electrical power distribution or related field and/or 3+ years of similar work experience in a related field • Military experience is preferred • Data Center or equivalent mission critical system experience preferred • Demonstrated experience with electrical power distribution systems • Experience with power monitoring systems • Experience with AC/DC electrical power • Experience using communication protocols • Three to five years’ experience in the design of low voltage switchgear assemblies/systems and/or power distribution equipment is preferred • Knowledge and understanding of applicable UL Standards, including UL67, UL1008, UL10008S, UL60950, UL891, and UL1558 • Ability to travel 50% plus • Ability to work on-call, weekends, and required overtime • Ability to respond and arrive on emergency calls within 2 hours • No sponsorship available
