📋 Description

• Serve as the single owner of the apexanalytix website in Webflow • Establish governance, permissions, and a request process for consistent, tracked, on-brand changes • Manage day-to-day Webflow administration, including page builds, CMS collections, site structure, publishing workflows, and maintenance • Partner with Demand Generation to turn campaign and channel priorities into web experiences for lead generation • Run A/B testing programs to improve conversion across key pages and funnels • Build and manage personalization strategies by audience, account, or campaign source • Configure and manage AI-driven optimization tools • Build and maintain audience segments using UTM, geographic, behavioral, CRM, and ABM data • Manage website integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Claude • Oversee enhanced match data and outbound data integrations connecting web activity to the marketing and sales stack • Own reporting on site performance, testing results, and optimization impact • Use Webflow's MCP integration with Claude to manage site content, collections, and structure through AI-assisted workflows • Set up and manage prompt tracking and LLM visibility monitoring • Track citations across LLM responses and monitor AI agent and bot traffic • Use AI content recommendations to guide content and page strategy • Act as the internal expert on Webflow capabilities and communicate new features and tools to the team

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Webflow as a platform: CMS, site structure, publishing, and native optimization and personalization tooling • Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization principles, including A/B testing methodology and audience-based personalization • Comfort managing integrations between a website and CRM/marketing systems, such as Salesforce and HubSpot • Understanding of demand generation fundamentals and how web experience supports pipeline • Ability to bring structure and governance to a system with many stakeholders • Strong communication skills • Curiosity about AI-driven search and LLM visibility, and comfort working with AEO/GEO-style tooling • Independent, ownership-minded, and comfortable being the final word on how the site works • Proficiency with Webflow, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Wistia, Claude, and Google Data Studio • 4+ years managing a marketing website • 2+ years managing Webflow, with direct, current hands-on platform experience • Experience running CRO programs, including A/B testing and personalization • Experience building or managing audience segmentation using CRM, ABM, or behavioral data • Experience with marketing/CRM integrations such as Salesforce and HubSpot • B2B or enterprise software marketing experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred
