Aptys Solutions is a fintech payments company that provides cloud-based, multi-channel payment platforms and services for financial institutions. Aptys serves banks, credit unions, correspondents and fintech providers with scalable, secure payment processing, reconciliation, and routing solutions.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and support financial applications for Aptys customers • Maintain, support, and enhance existing products • Work cross-functionally to identify solutions to customer issues • Identify and escalate priority issues • Collaborate with Development, Product, and Support teams to resolve software-development-cycle issues • Develop unit tests and higher-level tests • Support customer rollouts across thousands of users • Research QA- and customer-discovered issues and develop workable solutions • Design and build robust, scalable solutions for customer workloads • Research emerging technologies, tools, and utilities for product development and customer support • Interact regularly with Aptys customers • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in customer and Aptys environments

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent work experience • Experience designing and developing e-commerce systems is required • Strong .NET experience, preferably in C# • Strong experience developing ASP.NET applications • Strong experience developing and interfacing with web services, including WCF and Web API • SQL database design and development experience • UI design and development experience • Experience solving problems in complex environments • Experience implementing unit tests and automated testing platforms • Experience with configuration management technologies • Ability to work under pressure to design and develop new or existing product functionality • Ability to work under pressure to resolve customer production issues • Ability to work cross-functionally or independently • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Self-motivated and able to follow standard processes and procedures • Payments experience, such as checks, ACH, or credit cards, or other financial-industry experience preferred • Experience scaling infrastructure as demand grows is a plus • Strong interest in emerging technologies, especially mobile and cloud technologies • DevOps experience and focus on building and deploying infrastructure using cloud deployment methodologies • Master's degree is a plus
