📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and operational leadership of the live operations function • Define the live ops roadmap covering event cadence, engagement mechanics, and monetization • Set KPI targets for engagement, retention, and event-driven revenue, and report progress to leadership • Identify new event types, mechanics, and personalization opportunities • Partner with Product and Data teams to track tool and event performance • Manage, coach, and grow the live ops team, including performance management and career development • Build scalable processes, documentation, and tools • Hire and structure the team as the function scales • Oversee execution of tournaments, promotions, and seasonal content • Own escalation and resolution of major operational issues in real time • Review and approve event and promotion plans before launch • Optimize promotion economics and ROI with Commercial Insights • Partner with CRM and Marketing on reactivation, loyalty, and lifecycle campaigns • Balance monetization design with player experience and long-term retention • Represent live ops in cross-functional and leadership planning • Negotiate resourcing and prioritization with department heads • Partner with Platform and Engineering on the technical roadmap for live ops capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in live operations • At least 2+ years in a people-management or leadership role • Proven track record building or owning a live ops roadmap in gaming or mobile gaming • Social casino experience is a strong plus • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team • Strong analytical rigor and comfort owning KPIs and defending strategy with data • Experience partnering strategically with Product, Marketing, and Analytics/Commercial teams • Preferred: experience in social casino or social gaming products • Preferred: deep understanding of virtual economies, player psychology, and monetization mechanics • Preferred: experience scaling a live ops function or team from a smaller footprint • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred • Ability to work in the United States and answer U.S. work authorization and sponsorship questions
