📋 Description

• Own and improve critical business workflows across customer onboarding, transaction execution, account servicing, partner management, reporting, and other core operations • Identify operational bottlenecks and build scalable processes, controls, and documentation • Translate business needs into requirements for internal tools, customer-facing products, and automation • Build reporting for growth, conversion, turnaround times, service levels, unit economics, and other KPIs • Analyze business performance and recommend changes to improve growth, efficiency, economics, and customer experience • Coordinate across product, technology, sales, finance, operations, and external partners • Support development and launch of new products, partnerships, and distribution channels • Conduct market, competitor, and strategic analysis • Manage high-priority projects from problem definition through implementation and performance monitoring • Help establish the operating cadence, processes, and infrastructure required to scale the business • Resolve emerging problems outside existing functions • Work closely with senior leadership across product, technology, sales, finance, and operations • Identify business problems, develop practical solutions, and remain involved through implementation

🎯 Requirements

• One to two years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, startup operations, fintech, or another analytically rigorous environment • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial and operational data • Ability to understand complex systems, identify what matters, and translate analysis into action • Strong project-management skills • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive work forward without constant supervision • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving responsibilities • Low-ego, high-ownership approach • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer • Ability to use standard office equipment • Ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via email • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and reach within an office environment • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10–15 pounds occasionally • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as typing or data entry • Ability to maintain focus and attention while performing detailed tasks • Direct fintech or financial-services experience is helpful but not required • Experience with SQL, data-visualization tools, workflow automation, or AI-enabled tools is helpful but not required • Arbol participates in the E-Verify program to confirm employment eligibility
