📋 Description

• Support the Design & Engineering team during development of high-profile projects from design through construction as applicable to client needs • Develop BIM strategy and oversee BIM work on select projects • Ensure BIM quality across projects and collaborate with BIM Leadership on pilot projects • Develop and supervise project staff and processes for BIM implementation in project controls • Coordinate complete model lifecycle development and functionality, including 3D, 4D, and 5D model development and integration • Coordinate review and validation of construction models, including 4D/5D contractor model submittals • Provide and format virtual-model information for presentations and construction-progress reporting • Provide technical advice, coaching, and guidance on BIM implementation and application • Provide project-level technical BIM leadership and align modeling/BIM processes with client model end uses • Develop, review, approve, and maintain BIM standards, implementation plans, and quality-control procedures • Liaise with Country BIM leads to align systems, processes, and documentation with global standards and best practice • Review progress, compliance, and clash-detection reports using platforms such as BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience working with BIM environments and applications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Aided Design, Information Management, IT or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3+ years’ experience integrating and applying BIM in a multi-disciplinary environment • Experience managing a team of more than 5 BIM modellers • Enthusiasm for and ability to drive automation processes • Ability to provide input to engineering budgets and schedules • Ability to oversee technical resources on large and complex projects
