📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, testing, and support of PTC Windchill solutions to meet client needs • Guide and mentor development teams to achieve functional and technical excellence • Build and customize Windchill extensions and integrations, including CAD tools, Change Objects, BOMs, Parts, Documents, and Effectivity • Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain Windchill environments, ensuring system reliability and performance • Plan and execute upgrades, data migrations, and integration strategies from legacy systems • Conduct gap analyses and provide recommendations for data cleansing, preparation, and migration best practices • Propose and architect high-level PLM solutions that enhance product development and collaboration • Define and implement software testing procedures to ensure system quality and client satisfaction • Serve as a thought leader introducing innovative Windchill approaches that strengthen client success and business growth • Translate complex technical solutions into business solutions while mitigating risks and liaise with ArcherGrey’s technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with PTC Windchill and Windchill APIs • Strong Java and JSP programming skills • Hands-on experience with Windchill 11.1 or later versions • Proven consulting experience designing and delivering enterprise PLM solutions • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience with system upgrades, data migration, and integration projects • Excellent analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance is required • Required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
