📋 Description

• Assist customers in conducting thorough analyses of their Web3 assets, evaluating security postures and associated risks • Advise customers on optimal configurations for risk monitoring tools • Develop comprehensive monitoring and response plans covering preventive measures, detection techniques, and incident response strategies • Maintain continuous communication with customers about potential security issues and shifts in the threat landscape • Work with technology and ecosystem partners on joint integrations and solutions supporting customer environments • Deliver security training and enablement sessions to technical and non-technical client stakeholders • Support Sales with professional services scoping, proposals, and technical positioning • Configure and customize the Hypernative platform for customer environments, including custom rules, integrations, and Python scripting • Provide hands-on implementation support to integrate security practices with existing workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security concepts • Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards as they apply to digital assets and blockchain technologies • Working proficiency in Python for scripting, integrations, and custom monitoring logic • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, including with external partners • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Proven track record of effective customer-facing engagements, with patience, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude
