📋 Description

• Lead a team of 8 Solution Architects, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development • Own the solution architecture operating model and capacity plan across a growing portfolio of implementations • Set standards for solution design quality, client guidance, BRD/FRD documentation, and future-state workflow design • Foster customer engagement and constructively manage expectations • Own escalations involving contested, technically infeasible, or commercially conflicting solution designs • Balance workload and account assignments across the team • Partner with Solution Owners, FDEs, Platform Configuration, QA, and TPMs to align solution design with delivery timelines • Represent Solution Architecture in cross-functional planning and with client executive stakeholders on complex or escalated accounts • Build repeatable training materials, templates, and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar client-facing technical roles, including significant healthcare experience • 5+ years directly managing a technical team — solution architects, FDEs, technical consultants, or similar • Familiarity with large, complex platforms — claims systems, utilization/care management platforms, or similarly mission-critical enterprise systems • A record of leading and making decisions in ambiguous, fast-changing environments without waiting for perfect information • Strong technical judgment paired with genuine people leadership • Credibility with client executives, including delivering hard messages when a solution can't meet an expectation • Deep experience with payer operations, utilization management, or prior authorization specifically is a plus • Experience with FHIR-based integration, including Da Vinci standards, alongside legacy payer integration patterns is a plus • Background scaling a technical team through rapid company growth is a plus • Experience presenting to and influencing client executive stakeholders is a plus
