📋 Description

• Translate client business goals into scalable Qualtrics solutions • Manage complex data integrations, including Qualtrics connections with platforms such as Salesforce • Design survey architectures, data models, workflows, and integrations • Lead enterprise-level SaaS platform implementations • Configure Qualtrics surveys, dashboards, distributions, automations, and embedded data logic • Build integrations between Qualtrics and systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Slack, CRM, HRIS tools, and data warehouses via APIs and web services • Write custom scripts, including JavaScript for survey customization and Python for automation • Gather client requirements and present technical solutions • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams • Educate clients and internal teams on Qualtrics capabilities and best practices • Drive strategic planning and execution across multiple projects • Test and validate survey logic, data flows, and integrations before go-live • Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance • Recommend improvements to user experience and reporting accuracy • Assess solution feasibility within budget, time, and technical constraints • Identify risks and recommend mitigations • Create documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides • Champion customer needs and own the customer experience end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in leading complex technical programs, ideally in a services company or SaaS environment • BA / BS in Experience Design, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (preferred) • Proficiency in Qualtrics CoreXM, CustomerXM, EmployeeXM, or BrandXM modules preferred • Experience with APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and possibly SQL or Python • Experience setting up automated workflows within Qualtrics to trigger aligned actions across the tech stack • Familiarity with data integrations (AEP, Salesforce), automation (event triggers), and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Strong communication skills to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders • Strategic thinking aligning technology with business outcomes • Project management and client relationship skills • Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms in enterprise implementations
