📋 Description

• Own the integration product strategy and multi-quarter adoption roadmap for assigned Market Facing Businesses • Prioritize Control Integration Engineering investment based on security value, adoption impact, effort, dependencies and reuse potential • Define outcomes, milestones and acceptance criteria with CIE engineering • Manage competing demand and make recommendations when demand exceeds capacity • Conduct structured discovery with security, engineering, cloud, infrastructure and architecture leaders • Understand technology capabilities, patterns and constraints; identify adoption friction and unnecessary divergence • Represent Market Facing Business needs within CIE and enterprise security • Identify recurring integration requirements and turn successful implementations into reusable patterns, playbooks, blueprints and automation • Feed recurring needs to product and control owners and ensure transitions to sustainable operational ownership • Define adoption measures and track posture, gaps, blockers and divergence • Support enterprise reporting and communicate outcomes, trends, risks and opportunities to leadership • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Market Facing Businesses, Product Security, control owners, engineering, architecture, risk and enterprise technology • Communicate trade-offs to senior leadership and surface unresolved dependencies • Translate priorities into epics and requirements; maintain a backlog with outcome-based acceptance criteria

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product, Technical Product, Security Product or Platform Product Management, or comparable technology leadership roles • Experience owning complex technology products, platforms, integrations or adoption initiatives, including strategies and roadmaps • Strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving and communication skills • Proven ability to lead through influence without direct authority • Technical depth to work credibly with security architects and engineers • Experience in several areas preferred: cybersecurity controls, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), identity and privileged access, application and API security, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, endpoint and network security, data protection, security architecture, platforms and tooling, and enterprise infrastructure • Experience leading platform adoption, integration, modernization or transformation across federated enterprises • Experience working with engineering and architecture teams, managing senior stakeholders and competing priorities, and translating between business, security, product and engineering audiences • Cybersecurity experience, including control frameworks and integrating cloud and security platforms across heterogeneous environments, desirable • M&A technology integration or subsidiary/business-unit experience desirable • Relevant security, product or cloud certifications desirable • Successful completion of a background investigation • Generally, no employment-based visa sponsorship is provided for this position • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
