📋 Description

• Own the frontend technical roadmap, including decisions on state management, component libraries, and build tools • Lead releases of major frontend features and product updates • Manage the production lifecycle of assigned domains • Integrate AI tools such as Claude into daily development • Retain ownership of code logic, security, and architectural implications when using AI • Develop and refine AI-powered customer interfaces • Architect and oversee integration between the Java Spring Boot backend and React/TypeScript frontend • Participate in and lead code reviews • Identify and implement team-efficiency improvements • Estimate and plan development efforts to ensure timely, high-quality delivery • Deliver reliable, scalable systems that help dental professionals focus on patient care

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience as a frontend engineer • Strong emphasis on writing clean, quality code • Experience with React and TypeScript • Experience with Tailwind is a plus • Extensive experience managing releases and monitoring frontend health in a live production environment • Ability to articulate when and how to use AI to improve velocity without compromising long-term maintainability of the React codebase • Deep focus on testing, stability, and performance • Customer-centric mindset • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Openness to feedback and respect for diverse voices and talents • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required • Must specify the U.S. state from which they will work
