📋 Description

• Provide best-practice guidance on Oracle HCM Core HR and Compensation business processes • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud functional setups across Core HR and Compensation • Research, design, test, and implement Oracle applications • Communicate with clients about business strategy, difficult conversations, and complex requirements • Work autonomously and collaborate with project teams • Develop and deliver work plans aligned with the Core HR and Compensation Implementation Roadmap and Methodology • Lead business process reengineering and ArcLight best practices • Provide input to the Project Manager for comprehensive project plans and stakeholder buy-in • Lead business process prototype workshops and requirements-gathering sessions • Analyze business requirements and develop configuration solutions • Support technical and functional work streams • Lead solution testing, including User Acceptance Testing, and validate solutions with users • Travel up to 25% within the United States for client on-site needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR and Compensation modules • Experience and knowledge of HR and Compensation processes • Experience with security, approval workflows, and reporting • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or another related field • Experience executing implementation strategy, capturing customer and systems requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions • Ability to work with functional and technical team members to document requirements accurately • Ability to create functional design strategies • Ability to facilitate testing for technical integration • Remote-first position for U.S. or Canada-based candidates • Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States for client on-site needs • Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada • Must provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire • Must not require employment authorization sponsorship
