📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions • Build custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, integrations, and automation • Follow ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance standards • Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables • Maintain ServiceNow Discovery and configure and support Pattern-Based Discovery • Manage and troubleshoot Cloud Discovery • Configure and maintain Graph Connectors for Microsoft Azure, Cisco Meraki, and Juniper • Improve CMDB health, reconciliation, identification rules, and CSDM alignment • Drive CMDB governance and data quality initiatives • Configure and support Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Time Cards, and Financial Management • Support portfolio planning, forecasting, and reporting • Work with business stakeholders on enhancement requests • Support Hardware Asset Management and enhance asset lifecycle automation • Support procurement and receiving integrations • Maintain software and hardware asset processes • Develop and support enterprise application integrations • Maintain platform performance and stability • Participate in platform upgrades and support release management • Perform root cause analysis for production issues • Ensure compliance with platform development standards • Mentor junior developers • Lead technical design discussions and review solution architecture • Support estimation and technical planning • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 5–7 years of overall IT experience • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • Experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations • Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management, IT Asset Management, custom applications, integrations, and platform governance • Experience with Pattern-Based Discovery and Cloud Discovery • Experience configuring Graph Connectors for Microsoft Azure, Cisco Meraki, and Juniper • Knowledge of CMDB health, reconciliation, identification rules, and CSDM alignment • Experience with Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Time Cards, and Financial Management • Experience supporting Hardware Asset Management and asset lifecycle automation • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps • Experience with integrations such as Azure, Active Directory, Calero, Workday, and other enterprise platforms • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery, and ITIL Foundation listed as preferred certifications • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM preferred • Knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Control Tower, LLM, Knowledge Graph, Workflow Data Fabric, and Chatbot
