📋 Description

• Build and continuously refine Argano’s multi-year analyst relations strategy • Map the analyst landscape across publisher practices, offerings, and priority verticals • Recommend and manage analyst firm relationships, subscriptions, budgets, renewals, and inquiry usage • Define and report analyst relations KPIs • Own the calendar of Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes, PEAK Matrix assessments, Horizons reports, Provider Lens studies, and other evaluations • Project-manage RFIs and submissions, including cross-functional teams, work plans, data validation, customer references, narratives, and delivery • Prepare and coach executives and practice leaders for evaluation demos and briefings • Run proactive analyst briefings and inquiry programs • Prepare executive briefing documents and manage analyst participation in events and thought-leadership programs • Track interactions, commitments, and outcomes in an analyst relations system of record • Monitor and distribute analyst research and translate insights into positioning, offering development, competitive strategy, and go-to-market planning • Establish the annual plan, quarterly executive reviews, calendars, and reporting dashboard • Manage analyst relations budget, agency or contractor support, and analyst firm contracts • Ensure compliance with analyst firm and Argano brand and communications policies

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in analyst relations or a closely related mix of analyst relations, public relations, product marketing, or corporate communications • Demonstrated ownership of analyst programs and evaluations • Direct working experience with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest Group, HFS, ISG, or comparable firms • Experience managing Magic Quadrant, Wave, PEAK Matrix, or similar evaluation submissions from start to finish • Strong understanding of the technology and professional services market • Excellent executive-facing communication skills • Outstanding writing and editing skills • Proven project management ability across concurrent, deadline-driven, cross-functional workstreams • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Comfortable building processes in a growing organization
