📋 Description

• Create insights and share information with different stakeholder groups within Evolent • Ensure quality assurance and data integrity in deliverables • Monitor and manage performance metrics and reporting • Address data gaps and system limitations through problem-solving and stakeholder engagement • Interact with internal and external stakeholders • Oversee reporting and analytical capabilities across multiple projects • Enhance existing reporting deliverables • Implement scalable, repeatable analytics solutions using SQL, Power BI, and Excel • Align analytics with Product, Finance, Clinical Operations, and BI teams • Lead analytic portions of external meetings and presentations • Integrate analytics into operational workflows and decision-making • Lead healthcare analytics projects supporting data-driven decisions • Drive insights from analysis to influence business decisions • Communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences • Create polished presentations and narratives highlighting client insights and recommendations • Peer review reports and presentations for consistency, alignment, and formatting • Train junior team members in presentation best practices • Establish quality standards and ensure timely delivery of projects • Serve as an Evolent subject matter expert in one or more functional areas • Mentor junior analysts and support professional development • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams • Foster continuous learning and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 8+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a similar role • Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools • Ability to create intermediate data sets and integrate datasets that do not directly connect • Demonstrated experience influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders • Understanding of data systems • Critical thinking skills to solve new problems and adapt to changes in data architecture • Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams • Comfortable with ambiguity and recommending or making decisions with incomplete information • Knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, including claims, reimbursement models, and regulatory frameworks • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • Must complete identity verification, comprehensive background check, and in-person I-9 verification • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment • Must not use artificial intelligence tools during interviews
