📋 Description

• Provide solution leadership to mid- to large-size client engagements. • Guide clients through all phases of Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. • Lead implementation teams through technical and functional enterprise cloud solution delivery. • Lead Oracle SaaS requirements workshops, solution architecture, and design discussions. • Consult with clients on cost-effective Oracle Cloud solutions using industry best practices. • Design PaaS extensions, write specifications for custom applications, and integrate them with Oracle Cloud Applications. • Analyze current systems and data to identify requirements and necessary enhancements. • Lead, mentor, train, and guide Oracle Cloud applications teams. • Map enterprise requirements to multiple Oracle SaaS applications. • Resolve product implementation and integration obstacles using creative approaches. • Develop and implement long-term client strategies. • Serve as the primary client contact and communicate project progress, challenges, and changes. • Engage stakeholders in estimation and assess the impact of strategic business changes. • Support business partners in presenting solution value to key stakeholders. • Collaborate with third-party vendors and negotiate contracts and agreements. • Present business cases and quantify proposed solution benefits. • Monitor implemented solution performance and recommend updates, upgrades, or modifications. • Contribute to consulting practice growth and development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc. • MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD. • Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in solution design for ERP cloud implementations. • Expert level experience as an Oracle Cloud Architect implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades. • Experience with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS), focusing on Integration Cloud Service and Database Cloud Service. • Knowledge and experience with Web Services and Oracle Cloud delivered SOAP and REST Web Services. • Expert consulting and business analytical skills for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process design, conference room pilots, functional configuration, and ERP solution testing. • Experience working with cross-border and diverse teams and projects. • Understanding of corporate month-end close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, or management reporting requirements. • Expert-level experience with one or more Oracle Cloud Applications: Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud, Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, or Oracle EPM Cloud. • Proven experience guiding clients through business process improvements. • Accounting experience including chart of accounts redesign, financial reporting, MultiOrg, and multi-currency. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. • Ability to write functional specifications based on user requirements. • Ability to independently handle client expectations at a senior level. • Professional approach with internal and external customers. • Willingness to travel as needed. • Preferred consulting experience in a similar professional services or strategic industry role is required. • Previous experience working in IT companies. • In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and systems. • Proficient in written and verbal English communication. • Exceptional complex project management skills. • Business development skills for client acquisition and relationship expansion. • Ability to mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants. • Ability to interact effectively with senior client executives.
