📋 Description

• Process enrollment additions, updates, changes, reinstatements, terminations, and cancellations accurately and timely • Process renewals and premium billing • Accept, investigate, and respond to incoming calls, emails, and other communications • Assist employer groups, 834 vendors, brokers/consultants, Customer Service, Claims, Account Management, and Sales staff • Confirm enrollment/membership status, records, questions, concerns, and database requests • Support high-volume annual Open Enrollment activities • Generate and distribute membership-related documents, including ID cards and certificates of coverage • Maintain correspondence with internal and external customers • Provide clerical and technical support for enrolling members, membership vendors, brokers, consultants, and employer groups • Provide customer service and guidance to internal and external customers • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and meet divisional production, quality, and dependability standards • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Minimum two (2) years' college coursework (48 semester hours) or other equivalent certification with an emphasis in general business, health plan administration, or medical-related fields of study • OR minimum of one (1) year of relevant office work experience, such as claims administration, medical office, health insurance, etc. • Strong time management and organizational skills • Results-driven with highly developed attention to detail • Primary focus on accuracy and outcomes • Customer service skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Keyboarding • Dependability • High integrity • Confidentiality • Problem solving and issue resolution • Sound judgment • Computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency • Oral and written communication • Teamwork skills • Ability to ensure security and confidentiality of records and information • Adherence to segregation of duties guidelines
