📋 Description

• Work closely with the Director of Field Operations, Commissioning & Warranty Manager, and other Service Technicians • Ensure customer needs are satisfied appropriately and timely • Learn the intricacies of Array’s tracker portfolio • Work in a team environment • Support retrofits, repowering, commissioning, and service repairs • Ensure tools and equipment used during field efforts operate properly • Manage Concur’s expense reporting system • Submit daily Field Service Reports • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively and frequently, up to 90% of a calendar year • Valid Driver’s License required • Experience using basic hand tools • Basic math skills • Entry-level knowledge of mechanical systems • Entry-level knowledge of electrical systems • Strong leadership skills • Strong communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong customer-facing presence • Dexterity to perform manual labor in extreme temperatures • Utility-scale solar experience preferred • Utility-scale construction knowledge preferred • Entry-level Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred • Entry-level Salesforce experience preferred • Experience with mechanical and electrical tools preferred • OSHA 10 or higher preferred • NFPA 70E preferred • Ability to lift 50 lbs
