📋 Description

• Lead complex client-facing eDiscovery projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients • Oversee project execution and coordinate cross-functional teams • Manage project and client information • Provide guidance on technical workflows and project strategy • Evaluate client requirements and project objectives to develop aligned solutions • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to create project plans, define deliverables, and establish timelines • Manage project execution to ensure accurate, timely delivery in accordance with requirements • Provide status updates, reporting, and consultation throughout the project lifecycle • Provide advanced guidance on Relativity Processing and related eDiscovery technologies • Investigate and resolve hosted or delivered data issues while maintaining data integrity and service quality • Analyze project challenges, identify solutions, and provide recommendations • Mentor project team members and support technical and project management development

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing complex eDiscovery projects and ESI workflows • Demonstrated experience independently managing projects in Relativity • Experience serving as a primary client contact and managing stakeholder relationships • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, review platforms, databases, and related business software • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams • Experience leading, mentoring, or developing team members • Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, workflows, and deliverables accurately • Ability to identify project issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend appropriate solutions • Preferred: experience with advanced Relativity workflows, analytics, review, and production processes • Preferred: experience supporting litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters • Preferred: experience implementing process improvements or workflow efficiencies • Preferred: experience working with legal service providers, law firms, or corporate legal departments • Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the country of the job location • Must complete a background check
