📋 Description

• Drive multi-team technical programs from inception through delivery and sustained operation • Engage with architecture, integrations, and system dependencies while partnering with engineering leadership • Translate strategic priorities into specifications and risk models using AI-assisted analysis • Decompose requirements into technical stories and use AI to generate acceptance criteria • Manage timelines and quality using AI-powered project analytics • Distill complex technical discussions into clear briefings for business units and IT teams • Automate routine reporting and dashboards through AI-generated summaries • Drive retrospectives using AI to analyze velocity trends and recurring blockers • Pilot new AI workflows and mentor other TPMs on AI-augmented processes while maintaining human oversight

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading technical programs in cross-functional environments • Demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-team systems • Credible understanding of system architecture, integration patterns, and technical tradeoffs • Strong understanding of the SDLC, modern CI/CD models, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe • Track record of building capabilities that lasted and scaled after delivery • At least 2 years actively integrating AI into professional workflow • Daily hands-on use of AI copilots such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor • Ability to configure AI-enhanced workflows in Azure DevOps, Jira, Slack, or Teams • Ability to evaluate AI-generated output and identify when AI accelerates work versus introduces risk • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Business • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for leading change management • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus • Master's degree preferred
