📋 Description

• Support data analysis and interpretation activities for CCPI pilot performance, KPI, and operational reporting requirements • Assist with development, validation, and standardization of KPIs, operational metrics, and pilot performance measures • Support development, configuration, and maintenance of dashboards and visualizations using VA-approved reporting platforms such as Power BI and Tableau • Perform data extraction, data quality checks, and validation activities across VA enterprise data environments • Assist with standardized data collection plans, including identifying data sources and feedback mechanisms • Support documentation of business requirements, analytic rules, and data mapping with Government stakeholders • Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting analytics workflows and data processes within Government-approved platforms • Contribute to progress reporting and deliverable preparation as directed by senior team members and the Program Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, information systems, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related analytics support work • Working knowledge of SQL • Experience with data extraction, validation, and reporting • Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and time management skills • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work well with others • Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas, and solutions logically, both written and orally • Ability to stay calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment • Ability to receive feedback from clients and implement changes quickly and effectively • Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues • Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
