📋 Description

• Design and manage end-to-end program plans, timelines, and deliverables across strategic access focus areas and the care continuum • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define scope and implement objectives • Measure outcomes for growth and retention • Translate strategic initiatives into cohesive plans with executives • Serve as the primary liaison between clinical operations, marketing, digital teams, and leadership • Monitor project performance and mitigate risks across operational phases • Provide regular, data-driven stakeholder updates using standardized frameworks • Build executive partnerships and foster a collaborative, high-trust environment • Mentor and coach team members • Research, develop, and present executive deliverables such as strategy roadmaps and capability matrices • Identify creative solutions to improve process effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, or Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, or 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred • Ability to travel 25%
