📋 Description

• Provide project coordination and administrative support to one or more functional areas, including Clinical Program Management, Utilization Management, Formulary, GuidedHealth, Pharmaceutical Trade Relations, Pharmacy Audit, Clinical Operations, and/or Specialty Pharmacy • Coordinate, manage, and implement internal and client-facing initiatives • Coordinate quarterly Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee activities and annual formulary development and production • Support development and processes for Prime National and client Utilization Management programs • Review regulatory requirements and adherence for Formulary, Utilization Management, GuidedHealth, and other programs • Provide administrative support by tracking documentation, verifying information, coordinating follow-up, and generating and submitting regular reports • Support client quarterly business review presentations and internal and external communications • Coordinate client meetings • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED • 1 year of work experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, business process administration, project management, or another related field • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship • Ability to complete projects independently within established timeframes • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job; reasonable accommodations may be available • Preferred: Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree • Preferred: National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT) • Preferred: 3 years of PBM, Managed Care, or Pharmaceutical/Trade experience • Preferred: Project Management skills • Preferred: Knowledge or experience with formulary or utilization management • Must comply with job-specific security responsibilities, legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements
