📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain systems related to the calculation of third party reimbursement • Work collaboratively with other departments and ministries within the Region related to net revenue management activities • Prepare annual Medicare and Medicaid hospital cost reports and provide support upon audit • Evaluate monthly settlements of third-party reimbursement and file annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports • Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • 7 years of Medicare cost reporting experience in a hospital setting preferred • Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-5pm CST
