📋 Description

• Define financial, operational, and clinical data necessary for evaluating change initiatives • Identify steps, tools, and training necessary to implement process or structural changes • Oversee assigned projects and project teams and collaborate with executive leadership to access necessary resources • Manage resources, processes, and quality assurance for projects within scope • Develop and update the ongoing management plan • Monitor and ensure project plans, reporting mechanisms, issue resolution processes, and communications are timely and meet quality guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required • Licensure required relevant to the state in which work is performed • Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Management preferred • Project Management Professional certification preferred • Registered Nurse licensure preferred • Experience in performance improvement preferred • Lean green or black belt or quality (CPHQ) certifications preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred
