📋 Description

• Define, design, and implement market-level and national-scale sourcing strategies • Identify and build talent pools of active and passive candidates for specific, critical-hire requirements • Engage top-caliber talent through personalized outreach and initial discovery calls • Test and implement emerging sourcing technologies and tools to identify and engage passive leads • Share successful sourcing tactics and results with the broader team • Partner with Talent Advisors and recruitment marketing to share search information, track success metrics, and document wins

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required • 2+ years of experience in high-volume sourcing or talent acquisition • Proven track record developing innovative strategies to attract hard-to-find talent in competitive markets • Proficiency in Boolean searching and resume platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and HireEZ • Ability to engage talent through social media, niche communities, and deep-web searching • Experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems required • Proficiency in iCIMS or Oracle preferred
