📋 Description

• Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies • Organize operations to provide high quality, cost effective services • Provide advice and counsel to staff to improve effectiveness • Develop and implement policies and procedures supporting service delivery and productivity plans • Coordinate and integrate services to meet contractual requirements • Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain quality control programs • Improve departmental operations • Direct staff and manage departmental turnover while maintaining high employee and patient satisfaction • Identify marketing and collaborative opportunities for the department

🎯 Requirements

• BLS Provider preferred; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted • Registered Nurse Licensure preferred; required relevant to state in which work is performed • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management • 3-5 years director level experience in an ambulatory setting highly preferred • Strong technical skills to be able to independently report on analytics and ROI
