📋 Description

• Support Director and Senior Director-level recruitment across multiple markets • Partner with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and hire top executive talent • Manage a full desk of director-level requisitions • Deliver end-to-end recruitment support and exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences • Provide white-glove recruitment services • Build trusted partnerships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders • Lead strategic sourcing efforts for complex, hard-to-fill roles across multiple markets using LinkedIn, Indeed, iCIMS, and other recruitment tools • Deliver recruitment insights, reporting, and updates to Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring teams to support data-driven decisions

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Experience as a recruiter supporting finance and/or revenue cycle positions strongly preferred • Strategic sourcing and recruitment partnership, focusing on hard to fill roles across various markets • LinkedIn, Indeed, and iCIMS sourcing experience required • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) preferred
